THIRD ANNOUNCEMENT

BioHabana 2026 is the third edition of this scientific and business event. Innovation in healthcare requires the interconnection of innovation ecosystems globally.

The internationalization of R&D and innovation activities and the globalization of high-tech companies is a global trend in the biotechnology, pharmaceutical, and medical technology sectors. BioHabana 2026 will be a space for building collaborative networks among scientists, opinion leaders, entrepreneurs, and businesspeople.

There is a new revolution in the biological sciences in the 21st century, as a science of convergence with Nanoscience and Data Science, which captures the complexity of biological systems.

Furthermore, the concept of "One Health" teaches us the need for a holistic approach, which includes not only human health but also food production and environmental protection. A "clean" and "smart" industry is a necessity in our contemporary world.

Effectively leveraging all these new opportunities will also require changes in the way value chains are managed and in business models, which will need to be addressed with organizational creativity and innovation.

Inspired by the success of previous editions of this event, BioCubaFarma, the Cuban Biotechnology, Pharmaceutical, and Medical Technology Industry Group, invites the global scientific and business community to the BioHabana 2026 Congress. In this third edition, we aim, together with scientists and business leaders, to continue the debate we initiated in the previous editions and introduce new topics.

Connectivity and globalization will characterize BioHabana 2026. We look forward to seeing you!
